I am looking to switch platforms. Can Rally help me?

Although we are not a backend platform ourselves, we have amazing partners in this space and can help you assess which new platform is best for your store needs, get you in touch with the right person, and be there for the transition process.

Is Rally similar to Bolt?

Yes and no. We are a hosted checkout, similarly, but we do not require you to process payments through us. You can use any payment processor you want. We also don’t require you to use our fraud coverage. Similarly, we both are a one-click checkout solution with vaulted customers and buy now button options. Rally's checkout includes post-purchase offers, where are Bolt does not. Check out our Bolt Alternatives page for more information.

Do I pay more to utilize post-purchase offers?

Nope! PPOs are included with every Rally checkout account.

How does Rally handle returns?

Rally’s checkout is focused on maximizing conversion and AOV at the time of purchase, and our business model aligns us with the merchant’s goals around the checkout. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over what happens to the order after the checkout is complete. Additionally, with our monthly charges, it would be overly complex to account for refunds and cancellations that happen well outside the monthly billing period.

Do I pay more for Rally’s fraud protection?

Yes. Rally has partnered with Forter to offer the best-in-class ecommerce fraud protection option for you store. The fraud protection options are not included in the original pricing based on your GMV.

Does my price change based on my backend platform or payment processor?

Nope! Rally charges you based on your GMV, not your backend or payment processor choices.

Do you have a free trial period?

Yes - you have 30 days to decide if you want to continue with Rally.

How does billing work?

We bill on a monthly basis based on revenue processed for the previous month.
If you have an annual plan, you are billed annually based on your previous years processed revenue.

Do you offer fraud protection?

Yes! We've partnered with Forter to bring you the best-in-class ecommerce fraud protection. As an add-on service to Rally, you can opt to include our Fraud Protection, but it is not required.

Will you help me set up my post-purchase offers?

Yes, we will help train you and anyone else on your team on how to implement post-purchase offers. We'll also work with you to understand your PPO analytics and discuss opportunities for increasing your revenue.

Can I offer multiple payment type options for my customers?

Yup! We have a full list of available payments on our integrations page. Some of these include: Apple Pay, PayPal, GPay, Venmo, Klarna, AfterPay, PayPal Pay Later, and more. We are also able to create custom indirect integrations with your chosen express payment methods.

Do you offer buy now buttons?

Yup! You can put a Buy Now button on any of your product pages. We even took it a step further and have Checkout Links as well so you send your customers directly to a pre-populated checkout page, by passing the distracting product and shop pages.

Is Rally a full-checkout replacement?

Yes. We will handle the entire checkout for you, so you don’t have to build something new. Your developers are able to customize the checkout as well with the Rally Elements feature.

How does Rally handle custom shipping methods, and the ordering of shipping methods?

However you have shipping set-up it will work seamlessly with Rally! We are able to integrate with your current shipping, taxes, and other configurable elements in your checkout.

Can I design my checkout to match my brand?

Yes! Your new checkout has your domain and your logo. This checkout will look & feel seamless across your website to ensure that the customer continues to feel safe throughout their checkout journey.

Does Rally work with my existing integrations?

We are currently integrated with a range of backend solutions and payment processors. Many supporting applications like marketing automation and shipping tools will work once we integrate with your backend solution. We are always building out new integrations and would love to chat with you briefly to get a sense of your needs and determine if we are good fit.
